As in recent years the 2023Somerset and Dorset Railway Calendar features colour images which have never been pulished before from the late John Woods collection taken on the S&D  between 1965 and 1966 

The locations featured this year include: Near Masbury Summit, Evercreech Junction, Midford, a rare photograph of the two foot gauge Peat Railway at Ashcott and Meare, Devonshire Bank, Bath, a rural scene near Wincanton,  passing Radstock shed two of the, sadly, demolished viaducts at Prestleigh and Cole, Southern Region Locomotives at Bath Green Park depot and Windsor Hill Tunnel.
