Fathers Day

Bring your Dad along to the railway to enjoy a train ride or two.  You can explorer the restored station, visit the rebuilt signal box, and admire the gardens.  The museum has a large number of exhibits relating to the Somerset & Doset Railway - not just Midsomer Norton.  Don't forget to visit the WW2 pillbox with it's own small museum.

Refreshments will be available in the RMB Buffet and if the weather is nice, the best place to enjoy these is on the patio in the sunshine.  Maybe treat Dad to a Cream Tea?

The Empoium will be open selling second hand books and model railway items, and the station shop will be open for gifts, cards toys and railway clothing.

The best bit - Dads go FREE with accompanying children.  Even better, tickets are All Day Rovers, allowing you to travel as many times as you like subject to space.
