Easter at the Station - Sunday 20 & Monday 21 April

Come and join us for a family day out with an Easter theme.  Trains will be running from 10.30 with the last departure at 3pm.  The station, shop and Emporium (selling second hand books and model railway items) will be open.  The buffet will be serving drinks and light refreshments.

Children can join in the Easter Hunt, and can claim a prize on completion.  For adults, Easter biscuits are included in the ticket price.

Travel the line towards Chilcompton as many times as you like (subject to space).  We plan to run the DMU on Easter Sunday, and a diesel shunter with the Mark 1 coaches on Easter Monday.  Tickets avaialble now, so book to avoid disappointment.

Easter is the first of our special events for the year.  We have a variety of events planned, with something for everyone.  Family events include Easter and Midsomer Summer in August.  We have a Spring Gala at the end of May and the Railway 200 Gala at the end of September.  We also have Brake Van Rides at the end of June and August.  For those budding loco drivers we also have our Diesel Driver Experience on Fathers Day 15th June.
